The story.
EmbedMyBot was created to simplify the process of building and deploying AI chatbots for businesses without requiring technical knowledge.
The challenge was to create a scalable SaaS platform where companies could train AI assistants using their own websites and documents, while ensuring responses remained accurate, contextual, and reliable.
The platform was architected with a modern full-stack approach using Next.js, Supabase, and AI technologies. A custom RAG pipeline was developed using vector embeddings and pgvector to retrieve relevant business information and generate citation-backed answers.
Businesses can upload knowledge sources, customize chatbot appearance, deploy widgets on any website, monitor conversations, collect leads, and manage subscriptions through a complete SaaS dashboard.
